Tonkotsu Ramen is a well known dish in China, Korea and Japan. It’s the ramen in pork bone soup. The rich creamy broth is prepared by boiling pork bones in water for eight hours.

How is it done:
1 night to make the egg,
8 hours to make the soup,
4 hours to make the meat,
1 hour to set it up and shoot,
1 hour to process the film,
2 hours to let film dry,
1 hour to scan,
And almost forget,
5 minutes finished the this bowl.
